If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on Returns and Exchanges.
NOTE FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE :
- Returns and Exchanges are accepted and request is to be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Each order is eligible for a Return/Exchange only once.
- Refund for Returns is made in terms of store credit only which are valid for 6 months.
- The items to be returned should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
- The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
- The product would be picked within 2-3 days after the return or exchange request is processes. Incase we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product.
- Very Important – Please click pictures of the package you receive in order to claim any physical damage or missing product.
Cancellation Policy
Incase there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount. Post Shipping order cancellation is not allowed.
Return Policy
- Raise a return request through your NANA-KI account within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team and once it has passed, the store credit will be issued to you for the products value paid by the customer excluding the shipping charges and the discount value.
- Please make sure that the original packing is intact when the product is picked up with all the materials and invoices.
- Store Credit is the amount of refund given back to the customer in the form of a Loyalty Points. This store credit has a six months validity and can be fully redeemed against the value of your future orders on the website.
- No Money Refund will be given in any case except damaged products where replacement is not available
Exchange Policy:
- Raise an Exchange request through your NANA-KI account within 7 days of receiving the product.
- We will then initiate a return pickup. Please make sure that the original packing is intact when the product is picked up with all the materials and invoices.
- Once we have the product back with us and is passed through the quality checks at our warehouse, we will ship the replacement product to you.
No Delivery Service Policy:
- If by any chance, no delivery partner offer services to the customer's pincode, then full Bank Refund will be provided.
